A Nevada native,  Elaine lived most of her life in Northern California.  Two years ago she moved to Eagle Crest, Oregon.

Graduate studies:  Univ. of Edinburgh, Scotland - Art and Art History and 

Graduate Theological University, Berkeley, CA.

Jade Fon Watercolor Asilomar;  Jane Burnham "Paint Yosemite"; Gerald Brommer - Colorado Doug Walton, Louisiana Tech Univ., Ruston, LA - Accelerated Watercolor Techniques


Traveling workshops:

France, Italy, Ireland, Bali, Moorea/Tahiti, Japan, Hong Kong, Portugal, Greece, and Mexico.


Additonally has studied with

such noted  artists: Peter Blos, Rex Brandt, Gerald Brommer, Robert E. Wood and Doug Kingman.

Acapulco, Mexico;  Spoleto, Italy.  Presently teaching art at "The Falls" Eagle Crest, Oregon.
